Consent Form — Signed by the family or next of kin, consenting to burial at the cemetery.
Bio Data Form for the Deceased — Registers the essential information kept permanently in the burial register.
Imam Confirmation Letter — A letter from the Imam of the mosque the deceased hailed from, confirming their religious background and support for burial here.

Burials are conducted between 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, seven days a week. Burial fees are payable in full before the burial unless a waiver is approved, and a receipt is issued for every payment. Read the full requirements.
